PRIVATE PARTIES
The tea room can be reserved for a private party for a minimum of 16 people; maximum capacity is 24. Pricing is per person (minimum $16.95 for children (12 and under), minimum $19.95 per adult). Applicable tax and 18% gratuity will be added. Parties are scheduled for 11:00 am OR 2:00 pm for a 2 hour seating. Additional time may be purchased at time of booking. Additional fees will apply if party is to be held outside of our normal business hours. Formal booking will require credit card information. Cancellation fees will apply.
Please note that the minimum age for parties is 6 years old.
SPECIAL BREAKFAST MEETINGS (weekdays only)
We will open early for breakfast meetings offering a light tea meal. Minimum 10 people starting at $10 per person (plus applicable tax and 18% gratuity) for a 1 1/2 hour seating. Meeting must end by 10:45 am.
CATERING
SweeTea’s will also cater your tea party (pick-up only).
Examples of our Tea Party Catering Packages:
Small - for 6 to 8 people $80
32 pieces of variety of sandwiches, 16 assorted desserts, 8 medium scones
Medium - for 8 to 10 people $100
40 pieces of variety of sandwiches, 20 assorted desserts, 10 medium scones
Large - for 10 to 12 people $120
48 pieces of variety of sandwiches, 24 assorted desserts, 12 medium scones
Sandwiches, desserts and scones will be based on the current month's food selections. Additions to the packages will be priced per item. A refundable fee of $2.95 to $4.95 will be charged for trays. Prices are subject to change. Applicable tax will be added.
